Sorry, My Unspeakable Love tells the story of Ethan Ashford, who lost his mother in a fire as a child and was adopted by David Ashford. He grew up with Ivy Ashford as siblings for eighteen years, but they are not blood-related. In an accident, Ethan is severely injured by thugs. With the hospital running out of AB blood, Ivy begs Nathan Sterling, a powerful business tycoon passing by, to donate blood. Nathan becomes interested in Ivy and asks her to be his girlfriend.
Luna Feng, who has a crush on Ethan, stirs up trouble and makes Ethan mistakenly believe that Ivy has betrayed him.
