Intern doctor Qin Feng was on duty browsing through beauty videos when a stunning nurse named Xiaomei, wearing black stockings, entered the duty room complaining of heart discomfort. As they tussled, the nurse pulled out a hairpin aiming for Qin Feng's life. A struggle ensued in the duty room, and eventually, Qin Feng overpowered the nurse onto the desk. Just as Qin Feng was about to warn her, the hospital director's daughter, Bai Jie, walked in. Upon seeing her, the nurse accused Qin Feng of misconduct. Bai Jie believed her and sought to reprimand Qin Feng, even considering calling the police. However, the once arrogant nurse cowered the moment she realized their altercation had been captured by the surveillance cameras.
