His pursuit spiraled out of control, culminating in his kidnapping of her to force her to renew the Holy Pact, which in turn exposed Camila's conspiracy once more. In the end, Camila was stripped of her false sainthood and banished from Heaven; Frederick was exiled to the border, never to return; while the reborn Sophia and Ronan completed a new Holy Pact, she donating all her past pain and gifts of atonement, making them her own from that moment on.
