Modern-day best friends Tara and Fiona are sucked into a Western court novel as the young Queen and Queen Dowager. A cold system orders them to destroy the tyrannical Lord Regent Sebastian and the spymaster Jude. Armed with modern wit, they humiliate the arrogant King Augustus, expose the villains' injustices, and flip the script, charming both men into devoted lovers. The system never counted on two besties rewriting their own fate.
