Luckily, Miles Sterling clears her name with footage, getting her job back. Preston then seeks a divorce and smears Stella online. With Miles helping, Stella proves Preston is the cheater and wins in court. Afterward, Miles reveals Stella once saved his life, confesses his feelings, and they find happiness together.
