The little girl struggles to breathe due to an allergy and requires emergency surgery in the dining car. Coincidentally, her husband's mistress is on the train as well. She humiliates Xena and tries to occupy the dining car. Xena reveals her identity, leaving her unfaithful husband to face the consequences.
