Hired by Director Quinn of Progressive Machinery for ten times his salary, Arthur revives the factory with his skills, snatching an order from New Star Factory. Framers dismissed. New Star workers beg Arthur to return as director, but he stays at Progressive Machinery. Arthur proves: the "iron rice bowl" is earned.
