Lily brought a coat that she didn't buy to the mall to return, but Mason, the customer service supervisor who followed the rules, couldn't handle it for her. Starting from a small return misunderstanding, the two kept looking for a solution. As they gradually figured out the origin of the coat, they unexpectedly discovered that it was a new sample sent by Lily's company by mistake, and the mall happened to need a new display brand. This ordinary return experience became Lily's opportunity to prove that she and Mason understood the rules again.
Lily brings a coat she did not purchase herself to the mall to return it, but Mason, the customer service supervisor who strictly follows store policies, is unable to process the return for her. What begins as a minor misunderstanding over the return leads the two of them to keep searching for a solution.
As the coat's origins gradually become clear, they are surprised to discover that it is actually a sample of a new product that Lily's company sent to the wrong place. As it happens, the mall is looking for a new brand to feature. Thus, an ordinary return turns into an opportunity for Lily to prove herself and for Mason to gain a new understanding of the rules.
