Vivian Carter goes to a restaurant to pick up her drunk boyfriend, Julian Cross, only to overhear him confess that he never really liked her. He was only with her to stay close to her best friend, Jade Mercer. Heartbroken, Vivian decides to leave Julian in three days. But during those final days, Julian and Jade continue to ignore her pain. In the end, Vivian walks away for good.
