After a mission left elite soldier Johnny severely wounded and discharged, he took a security post at Yita Group while secretly probing his father's death. His father's comrade, Kay, arranged a marriage between Johnny and his own daughter Cara. While ostensibly a union, it was in truth a covert protection detail. As Yita's CEO, Cara was embroiled in a succession battle as her grandfather lay dying. Kay's sister Lexi hired assassins to eliminate both Kay and Cara. Johnny repeatedly saved Cara, their relationship deepening amidst the danger. Reuniting with his wartime brother Alex, Johnny worked in the shadows to neutralize threats. Lexi's daughter Maren, Cara's cousin and confidante, was embedded in the company as a sleeper agent, introducing further volatility into the high-stakes corporate and familial conflict.
