Elena has been in a relationship with Arthur for four years, but he repeatedly misses their anniversary dates to take care of his friend Rosalie. Constant compromise and neglect wear out her love. When she has a fever, Arthur merely tells her to drink more hot water while attending to Rosalie wholeheartedly. He even forgets her almond allergy.
