Elena has been in a relationship with Arthur for four years, but he repeatedly misses their anniversary dates to take care of his friend Rosalie. Constant compromise and neglect wear out her love. When she has a fever, Arthur merely tells her to drink more hot water while attending to Rosalie wholeheartedly. He even forgets her almond allergy. Deeply disappointed, Elena makes up her mind to leave and ends the relationship, tired of being his second choice. Regretting his mistakes, Arthur tries hard to win her back but fails.
